Leadership Structure

  • Board of Directors
    The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, governance oversight, and policy guidance.
    It ensures that HADO remains aligned with its mission, vision, and core values while upholding
    the highest standards of accountability and ethical practice.
  • Executive Director
    The Executive Director leads the organization’s overall management and strategic implementation. This role is responsible for operational excellence, resource mobilization, partnership development, and ensuring that programs achieve their intended impact.
  • Program Management Team
    The Program Management Team oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of all programs. The team ensures that interventions are evidence-based, efficiently executed, and responsive to community needs, while maintaining quality and compliance with organizational and donor standards.
