Education
Human Appeal Development Organization (HADO) promotes equitable access to quality education through formal, non-formal, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, including accelerated learning, alternative education pathways, adult literacy, and skills development to improve employability and livelihoods, particularly for out-of-school and vulnerable groups.
The organization also implements Education in Emergencies (EiE) interventions to ensure safe, inclusive, and uninterrupted learning for crisis-affected children and youth through temporary learning spaces, psychosocial support, and protection-focused approaches.
HADO strengthens education quality through teacher training and capacity building, with emphasis on learner-centered methodologies, inclusive practices, and psychosocial support.
In addition, the organization promotes inclusive and gender- responsive education by addressing barriers faced by girls and children with disabilities, while improving school infrastructure, learning environments, WASH facilities, and the provision of essential teaching and learning materials to enhance both access and quality of education.
